Pond

Most of the time people look at the environment or the ambiance of a restaurant before eating. If they are looking to eat at somewhere romantic, they would choose an appropriate location where to eat. Wouldn’t it have more impact if a restaurant would have a little garden or maybe a small fountain or a small pond? It would make it look a bit more serene and would be able to set the mood. The people may want to eat beside the pond and look at the flowing water which of course are kept flowing by pond pumps. Or it could be they will be eating near a small fountain. Having a fountain or small pond would also make the place a bit cooler which may be more attractive for possible customers.

Garage Floor

I wonder if people pay attention to the garage floor. There may be times that we just park on our driveway or at the street in front of the house. If we were to park overnight, that is usually the time that the car is parked inside the garage. I’ve never really thought about the flooring in the garage but still, there may be lots of things that are in the garage especially the tools that we use and maybe some other stuff. We may also be dealing with some oil or grease that somehow will just appear from nowhere. The flooring should be easily cleaned or at least would not let the tires slip while inside the garage. It would help keep the car’s grip while inside and make it easier for us to maneuver.

J&J, All The Way

The only thing that can take in carbon dioxide that is filling the air are the trees. When we cut them down there will be nothing to take in the carbon dioxide, the oxygen level will decrease, the ozone layer will deplete letting in the ultra violet rays of the sun. Johnson&Johnson takes unprecedented leap forward in environment protection. One of the many things that J&J does to help in protecting the environment is to use trees from tree farms to produce their BAND-AID Brand Adhesive Bandages boxes, thus eliminating the use of PVC for packaging. PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) releases carcinogenic dioxins during its production and incineration. J&J also has a facility in Brazil that produces 90% of the world’s boxes for its adhesive bandages. Now that is a cool way of protecting the environment and I hope that the environmental programs of J&J will open doors for other companies to participate in such cause.
