Home Exercise
Aside from a healthy diet, we also need some daily exercise. Some would just walk up to the office or jog around the block for at least 15 minutes everyday. Others like to exercise at home or use a treadmill the moment they wake up to start the day. Exercise is needed by the body to get the heart pumping and to help burn some calories. It also keeps us fit and healthy. It boosts our immune system and helps prevent some diseases and somehow improves mental health and prevents depression.
